Røyset is a chartered accountant and comes from the position of Chief Accounting Officer in Ulstein Betongindustri. At Teige Gruppen, she will be given primary responsibility for the Group's accounting, and will contribute to the further professionalization and streamlining of the financial and accounting functions. The role includes both internal and external reporting in the corporate structure.

Teige Gruppen has experienced significant growth in recent years, both in revenue and through the creation of new companies. The Group has ownership and activities in fisheries, shipping, trade, property and health. The head office, currently located in Fosnavåg, will be moved to Hareid by the end of 2025
